Warranty and after-sales service policy
1.All of our lamps are covered under a 90-day warranty from the date of shipping.
If there is any problem during 90-day warranty period, please call or email us immediately.
2.Please contact us immediately for an RMA (Return Material Authorization) for defective items, do not send back these items without an RMA, they will be refused. Please contact us for RMA sheet.
3.Our policy is to receive your return before we shipping a replacement or arranging refund.
- If you want a replacement sent immediately, please purchase the replacement and receive credit for the returned merchandise when we receive it.
4.The warranty covers defective merchandise only, Zorsika does not cover merchandise that is defective or damaged due to:
- The malfunction of the equipment
- Improper installation or abuse/misuse
- Acts of nature or power issues (i.e. lightning, electrical stress or power surges)
5.The warranty doesn’t cover shipping costs, including cost for shipping a return with an RMA. Shipping costs are not refunded when you return merchandise for credit.
6.Warranty does not cover damages caused by the carrier -in such cases, please claim the damage from the shipping courier.
7.All products should be returned in their original packaging. We will not accept a return with any damage to or defacing of the original packaging.
8.Claims must be submitted within 3 business days of the delivery date that was issued by the shipping carrier.
9. We will always provide technical support to our customer via the phone or email or on-line chat service on Alibaba web and our company web.
